Shipping and Delivery

Please note that we are currently transitioning our brand from bespoke to ready to wear in a sustainable way, all items are available on a pre order basis and will start dispatching when production is completed. Delivery is set to start after every production circle which will be displayed on each product description each season.

Please refer to our new size chart if you are unsure of your size. we are currently operating on limited sizing as we are a new brand our current production capacity is S M L on our stretchy products and 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 on our tailored items such as the blazers and trousers. As the business grows our sizing guide will also.

If you desire any of the item in bigger sizes kindly register your interest and we will add it on to our next production circle. 

If you want any item bespoke made, please note this comes at an extra cost that will be decided upon by us with additional shipping cost if outside the UK.

If you are shopping from outside the UK an additional shipping fee will be added after payment depending on the distance of travel, see full prices at the delivery fee section.

Deliveries outside the UK is subject to DHL fees.

Returns

Returns are not free and charged to the client, returns must be made within a 14 to 28 day period upon arrival to customer.

Hassana Duada does not offer full refund in cash value, all returns are subject to store credit, meaning when you return your item in good condition you will be offered the option to exchange the item for another of similar price range or get a store credit to shop on all our items for up valid for a period of one year.

Any item  returned broken, damaged or stained in any capacity will not be subject to store credit or exchange. 

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund, or credit note was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  for store credit it is within 24 hours . Store Credit notes can not be exchanged for cash and some may have a limited period between 6 months to a year.
